Getting Started

  • Visit a Quartz Co showroom to start your next project! We have locations across Ontario where you can find inspiration and request a custom quote.

  • Our dedicated team travels all over Southwestern Ontario. We can often be found in the GTA, Kitchener/Waterloo, Oshawa, and throughout Niagara where our head office is located.

    We also have a skilled team of templators and installers who work in the Barrie, Port Carling, and Muskoka areas.

Products

  • We offer quartz, sintered stone, porcelain, and natural stone from industry leading suppliers to ensure you find the perfect material for your project. You’ll find world renowned brands such as Cambria, Laminam, and Dekton in our showrooms among many others.

  • No. To ensure our surfaces are of the highest quality your natural stone surfaces will be sealed by our team prior to or during installation.

    If you are looking for a product to seal your natural stone surfaces you can find MORE® Premium Stone Sealer at all Quartz Co locations.

  • Quartz Co has been a Certified Cambria Installation Associate (CIA) since 2007. We’re proud to be a leading installer of Cambria quartz in Ontario.

Template & Installation

  • For your template measure ensure the area is clear of decor and other items so our templators can access the space. If we are templating around a stove, sink, or faucet we suggest having the unit or model number on site. If we are templating around a farm/apron front sink have the sink installed in place prior to template.

    For installation entrances must be cleared (including snow removal if applicable), major appliances must be out of the way, surfaces must be cleared off, and plumbing disconnected.

    If you have further questions about how to prepare for your template or installation please contact us.

  • If you have questions about your template measure or installation including delays, rescheduling, and revisions please contact the showroom manager handling your project.

  • We strongly suggest having your sink and faucet or their model numbers on site at the time of template. If the units or model numbers are not on site there may be delays in your project.

    If your sink and faucet are not on site at the time of installation we will not be able to install them and the completion of your project will be delayed.

    If your sink or faucet will not be on site at the time of template and/or install please contact the showroom manager handling your project.

  • Our skilled team is happy to measure your countertops and backsplash on the same day so long as your existing countertops have been removed and your cabinetry will not be changing.

    If your counters and backsplash were templated together then they can also be installed together.

Maintainance

  • Warm water and gentle soap is often enough to keep indoor surfaces clean. However, for tougher cleanup jobs we suggest MORE brand stone cleaner.

    MORE’s lineup of surface care products are available in all Quartz Co locations across Ontario.

  • In the rare event that you’ve damaged your Quartz Co surfaces our team will be happy to return to your site and help. If you require a service visit please contact us.
